DEATH NOTE
I want to start off by saying, yes I enjoyed the anime series. It was actually good when you get into it. The fantasy of having the power to control the fate of a person and to stop evil people from committing the same horrible acts seems exciting. Kinda like a super hero, except a little more darker in nature. The series is about a young teenage guy who finds a book, the "Death Note." He is the kind of kid who got no respect and has had a life where he has been treated badly by others. He discovers that when he writes the name of a person in this book, they die. He then begins to kill off criminals. Like I said, a super hero type story, but dark. Hey, we all have seen the movie "Dead Pool" right, and we all know that guy was not a saint. Keeping that in mind . . . I did not enjoy the movie. In fact I thought the it was quite terrible. Okay, I understand, you have to fit the whole story into an hour and forty minutes.
